We’re excited to announce that PACCAR is once again stepping up to support Formula SAE Electric teams by sponsoring a critical service at this year’s competition: a dedicated Accumulator Discharge Station. This valuable resource gives teams the ability to safely discharge their student-built accumulators before the event concludes—enhancing both safety and convenience.

To help teams prepare, PACCAR has provided a detailed Discharge Station Requirements presentation, now available under the Series Resources > Technical Inspection > Electric Vehicle > Onsite Resources section on the official SAE website. Teams are encouraged to review this information thoroughly and come prepared to take full advantage of this opportunity. As with charging protocols, all standard safety and monitoring requirements remain in effect, in line with FSAE rules.
