Cost – Real Case Scenario
We have received several inquiries regarding what items will be provided for the real case scenario topic on cost reduction of one section. Our cost judges are still reviewing the cost reports. Reminder – a survey was distributed yesterday to all currently registered Formula SAE teams regarding static presentation team contacts. The survey’s intention is to capture which static events your team plans on participating in and to capture a direct contact for each of those events. The survey will be active until 12:00 PM EDT, this Friday, May 15th.
Please make sure that at least one person on your team is submitting your contacts. Please try to refrain from having multiple teammates submit the survey. Also, please be prepared to take the survey when you open the link as it sometimes with block you from taking the survey a second time. If you run into this issue, please try to open the link in a different browser or have another member of your team submit the survey for you.
As you may have noticed, we have been running a social media challenge for the past two weeks for fun and camaraderie. The challenge will be ending on Wednesday, May 13th. The final challenge (or challenges) will be posted tomorrow. Keep an eye on the newsfeeds however, as we have a potential bonus round up our sleeves. Stay vigilant quaranteams
