The 2027 Formula SAE Presentation Concept document and guidelines are now available online under Series Resources. Teams competing in both Formula SAE (ICE) and Formula SAE Electric (EV) will use this single document. All student teams are encouraged to review the document as they prepare for the upcoming competition.

Additionally, the Presentation Event Subcommittee will host a Virtual Panel Discussion and Q&A Session for student teams, particularly those planning to participate in the Presentation event. This session will provide an opportunity to learn more about the event, discuss the Presentation Concept, and ask questions to help teams prepare.

Important Reminders for Student Teams

• Pay close attention to submission deadlines. The Presentation event requires a submission, and teams must ensure all required materials are submitted by the published deadline. Failure to submit the required document will result in Grounds for Removal.

• Review additional Presentation event dates. Visit the Learn More section under Competitions & Workshops for your respective competition to review important dates, including the planned Virtual Presentation date. The Microsoft Teams meeting link for the virtual session will also be posted on the relevant event page.

• Plan ahead. Teams are encouraged to review the available resources early and note all applicable deadlines and event dates to ensure they are prepared for the Presentation event requirements.
