    • Follow directions from the MIS Parking Crew and tell them you’re an FSAE volunteer
  • After parking, walk towards the MIS tower located in front of MIS grandstands to the pedestrian tunnel
    • The tunnel exits south of Garage 1 (G1) for registration
  • Notify parking staff if you have a state-issued handicap plate/placard for closer access via the guard shack.

2. Registration Process

  • Register and sign SAE & MIS liability waivers in G1
    • Receive wristband (must be worn at all times)
    • Pick up volunteer shirt, name badge, and lunch tickets
  • Full check-in is only required once; optional check-ins on other days
  • First-time volunteers can get help finding assignments at registration
  • If you didn’t receive your assignment email, contact Kaley Zundel

3. Meals

      • Assess the situation
      • Call for help on the radio
      • If the person is alert, obtain consent before providing aid
