The approved SES templates for the 2024 competition is now available for teams under Series Resources - Technical Inspection Resources - SES Templates.

An approved 2024 SES is required for all teams attending competition in 2024.
The deadline for a complete submission for initial review is Wednesday, January 10, 2024 on or before 11:59:59 PM EST. Do not wait until the last day, even the last week to submit.

• Late penalties will apply for late submissions up to 5 days after the deadline including possible disqualification.

Early submission will open October 2, 2023 for teams who want to submit early.

• Early submissions will be reviewed as quickly as possible.

Shortest time from review to approval and date of submission can influence Tech Inspection order for the ICE (May) competition.
