Bug Reports:
22-Apr-09: Regions that use commas ( , ) to separate dollars from cents instead of periods ( . ) will not sync. Please see the setup guide below for the work around until this bug is fixed. 26-Jan-10: Workaround suggestions for common bugs now posted. We are currently working to fix all these but the document tells you how to work with the existing software release.

Video Problem
Report
The streaming files play fine in Firefox but some problems have been
reported in Internet Explorer. If you have problems please try the
avi version and the free player shown below which was used to record the
tutorials.
